Terms & Conditions

1. All prices exclude VAT at appropriate rate.

2. Goods where supplied correctly may not be returned unless specifically agreed.

3. Carriage will be charged at cost for orders under the value of £250/€300, orders over this value will be delivered FOC.

4. Terms of trading are strictly 30 days nett on approved accounts.

5. Ownership of the goods will remain the property of the company until payment for the goods has been made in full.

6. Prices may be subject to surcharge due to exchange rate fluctuations.

7. In the event of goods supplied by the company being deemed faulty, the company shall replace these goods free of charge. The company shall not however be liable for any secondary costs.

8. Environmental Management Charges (EMC’s) will apply where applicable.

9. All stated measurements are given as a guide only, the company will accept no responsibility for errors or omissions.

10. The Company reserves the right to change product specification of design at any time.
